我国高等职业技术教育实现科学发展,必须把坚“以人为本”作为发展的核心,进一步明确发展目标,始终把提高质量、为经济社会发展服务作为根本出发点和落脚点,把满足经济社会发展的需要、实现人的价值作为衡量发展水平的基本标准。调整发展思路,由单纯追求数量扩张、提升办学层次向更加注重促进人的全面发展转变。创新发展体制,以实现人的全面发展为重点,为构建社会主义和谐社会提供强劲的推动力。创新发展模式,以实现又快又好发展为目标,推进高等职业技术教育与经济社会协调发展。

The scientific development of China＇s higher occupational education can only be realized by taking ＂people first＂ as the core, making the development target clearer, regarding the improvement of quality and the economic society service as the starting point and purpose, viewing meeting the needs of economic and social development and realizing one＇s value as the basic standard in development. We should adjust our way of thinking, paying more attention to the whole-person development. We should create development mechanisms, focusing on the whole-person development so as to provide impetus for the construction of a harmonious society.
