Physical education in schools of higher learning is a kind of teaching activity which cultivates students with the purpose of enabling students to obtain sports knowledge, technology and skills, and more important, of helping students to understand how to be a true man. The artistic instruction in physical education is embodied in sports teachers＇basic moves and manners, the organizational form of the class and learning experience of students. The artistic instruction in physical education is a high-quality teaching form.
