摘要
冲击荷载作用下,纤维增强水泥砂浆的冲击过程有五个阶段,即弹性压缩阶段、损伤阶段、材料内部发生大的贯穿性破坏阶段、孔洞崩塌阶段和“固体’’压缩阶段。根据此压缩过程进行模型分析,采用基于扰动态概念(DSC)模型和朱王唐(ZWT)模型建立的动态损伤模型描述材料的完整态和损伤态。本可以拟合测试波形,但与Lagrange分析结果存在一定差异。其余阶段采用状态方程进行描述。分析结果表明,此模型基这两种分析方法可以互相补充,相互检验。
In the experiments of cementtitious composites subjected to impact loading, the shock compression process of these kinds of porous brittle materials can be divided into such five stages as: (1) elastic compression, (2) dynamic damage initiation, nuclear and growth, (3) failed into big fragments, (4) void collapse, and (5) solid compression. Model analyses are conducted according to these stages. For material at the intact and damaged stage, a dynamic damage model is developed on the disturber state concept (DSC) model and ZWT model. Corresponding equations of state (EOS) in other stage are also built. The preliminary simulation results show that the present model can easily simulate the measured wave profiles, but the wave propagating problem of FCEM in the void collapse and solid compression stage is far from solving. The present model analysis is helpful for the examination of the analytical results on the Lagrangian path-line method.
