无论从理论上分析,还是借鉴发达国家农业的发展经验,我国要从根本上使农业走向市场化和现代化,解决农业比较效益低的问题,使农业从单纯原料生产向完整的产业体系转变,农业产业准一体化经营是关键;合作制是又快又好地发展农业产业一体化经营的主要途径;同时要建设现代化的、有一定规模的合作制龙头企业,促进农业产业准一体化经营的深入发展。

No matter what we learn from theoretical analysis or from the development experience of developed countries, quasi-integrative management is the key to making our country＇s agriculture be market-oriented and modernized, to resolve the problem of low comparative efficiency in agriculture, and to change agriculture from pure raw material production to wholesome industrial system. Actually, collaboration is the main way to develop quasi-integrative agricultural management quickly and effectively. To develop it further, there is the need to develop the collaborative enterprises that are modem and largescaled.
