摘要
通过对GCr15钢在500~700℃范围内进行温拔试验和温拔后的球化退火试验,研究了温拔对球化退火的影响。结果表明:在温拔过程中GCr15钢具有良好的塑性和较低的变形抗力。温拔加工显著促进了拔制后碳化物的球化过程,退火时间仅为常规球化退火时间的1/2。
Through the test of hot drawing within 500-700 ℃ and then spheroidizing with GCr15 steel, the effection of hot drawing on spheroidizing is researched. It is showed from the result that in hot drawing GCr15 steel has a good plasticity and a relative low deformation strength; the spheroidizing of carbide after hot drawing is obviously improved and the annealing time is only one half of the normal period.
