摘要
选矿工艺中常用筛析和水析对同一物料的粗、细粒级进行粒度测试,获得两组似乎没有任何联系的密度函数(或分布函数)数据。通过随机再分布和采用形状系数转换法,得出一条连续而完整的粒度分布曲线。引入M,N值,用以表明两种不同的粒度分布函数间的数量关系以及仪器本身的特征值。通过M,N值对粒度分布函数进行坐标变换。
In ore dressing,sieve analysis and water analysis are often employed to test the grain size of the same material for size grading.The two groups of grain density functional data (or size distribution functional data) obtained from the test seem not to be related to each other in any way.Random redistribution and form coefficient conversion are further conducted,bringing forth a continuous and complete grain size distribution curve.Two values, M and N ,are introduced to indicate the quantitative relationship beween two different size distribution functions and the eigenvalues of instruments respectively.Through M and N ,corrdinate transformation is carried out on the size distribution functions and the desired conversion of size distribution data by Instrument A to the one by Instrument B could be achieved.
