摘要
青电耐磨材料厂生产的低铬铸铁球用于破碎煤块,其成分及组织不符合要求,使用一周,破损率高达50%以上。经取样对比分析,找出了破损的原因,并提出了改进措施。经多炉次试验,使组织达到正常,性能得到改善,使用寿命提高。使用一月,破损率不超过3%,煤磨球磨耗低于部颁标准120g/t煤。
The low chromium cast iron ball,produced by the Qin Dian Wear resistent Material Factory,is used to grind coal.Because its chemical compostion and structure didn’t meet the demands,its destruction rate is more than 50% after the ball was used for less than a week.By micro analysising the ball,we find out its destruction cause and improvement.After many furnaces’ test,normal structure is obtained,so properties are improved and used life is lengthened.Its destruction rate is no more than 3% after the ball was used for more than a month.And the wear is lower than the demands of YB,which is 120 grams per ton coal.
