复演轨迹的双凸轮连杆机构综合

摘要 连杆机构具有复演轨迹的功能并得到广泛应用。由于其精确复演的点位数有限而不得不采用只能得到近似解的优化方法,且求解过程比较复杂。单凸轮连杆组合机构可克服上述缺点,即可以方便地再现预定轨迹并有精确解,但其缺点是难以实现内凹曲线的轨迹复演。提出双凸轮连杆机构的综合方法,根据从动件的位移构造样条函数,为确定凸轮基圆半径提供了可行的途径。 Linkage mechanisms have the function of path generation and have been widely used in industry.Due to the limitation of the number of points that linkage mechanisms can generate accurately on the path,the optimization method has to be employed to obtain the approximate solution.Single cam linkage mechanism can overcome the shortcomings mentioned above,however the new problem is that the mechanism can not generate the path which has concave curve.To solve the problem,the synthesis method of the dual cam linkage mechanism is proposed in this paper.According to the displacement of the follower,the spline function is constructed,the feasible way of determining the radius of cam’s base circle is provided.The dual cam linkage mechanism proposed in this paper can generate any type of close loop path.
