摘要
提出了硬技术创新和软技术创新的概念，前者是指其成果以物质载体为主的技术创新；后者是指其成果不是以物质载体为主的技术创新。在分析探讨影响我国企业技术创新的三大主要制约因素（动力不足、能力不足、对软技术创新认识不足）的基础上，得出对我国多数企业的启示：把软技术创新作为市场竞争的一个短期突破口，因为他具有投资少，风险小，容易实现，容易见效等一系列优点。
The concept of Hard Technical Innovation (HTI) and Soft Technical Innovation (STI) is raised. HTI's result is mainly tangible one, and STI's intangible one. Based on the discussion and analysis of three major constraints on technical innovation in China's enterprises (insufficient motivation, insufficient ability and insufficient understanding of STI), the paper gains the enlightenment of taking STI as a breach for most enterprises in China in short period because it has the advantage of low cost, low risk, easy realization ,and easy to get benefits. And it may accumulate actual strength for HTI.
