These days, information technology is developing at high speed, the old human archives management of floating talents market can not adapt the need of the current situation,so reforming and intensifying human archives management is imperative. This paper try to explore a new management mode that can bring new vital force to human archives management by expatiating database construction emphatically and utiliz- ing network technology to improve and perfect service quality.
