摘要
通过模拟实验,研究了钢质板式采暖散热器两次成形的新工艺,讨论了在该工艺中每次成形时金属的变形规律,以及钢板在冲压成形过程中各工艺参数对厚向变形的影响。实验分析可知,两次成形新工艺可以使散热器最终的变形分布更为均匀,并可降低应变峰值。
The new technique of twice forming of steel panel radiator was investigated by the simulation test. The deformation rule of metal and the effects of each technological parameters on deformation in thickness direction were discussed. The test showed that the final strain distribution of radiator is more even by the new technique, and the maximum strain could be reduced. The methods used to reduce the strain in thickness direction of the steel panel radiator in forming process are proposed.
