摘要
采用涂抹的方法将四元系合金Ni-Cr-B-Si系之一的“PSR—1”涂层合金涂覆在零部件基体上,在1.33Pa低真空钼丝炉中熔烧,使涂层与基体之间形成牢固的冶金结合,可提高零件表面在高温燃气中的耐磨、耐蚀性。与堆焊等工艺相比。
Ni Cr B Si alloy system “PSR—1” can be coated on base metal by smearing and then fusing in 1.33 Pa vacuum. A firm metallurgical combination is formed in this way between the coating and base metal. The anti wear and anti corrosion properties of the coating surface in high temperature gas corrosion atmosphere are much improved.
