UMTS网络的QoS管理机制研究
摘要
UMTS网络中依靠监控用户的QoS要求,通过性能管理器不断更新系统参数向用户提供有区别的,有保证的传输质量服务。本文研究了更新系统参数的机制,建立了相应的数学模型,可用于下一步确定QoS的优化方案。
