从内因、外因两方面论证了湖北师范学院体育系增设社会体育本科专业的必要性和可能性,认为湖北师范学院体育系增设社会体育专业不仅必要,而且可行。

Doing much research on the internal and external conditions of HuBei normal university to decide whether it could found the major on social sports. The paper points out that it is not only necessity but also possibility to building social sports major in P. E. department of HuBei normal university.
