福建割手密与竹蔗的酯酶同工酶研究 被引量:9

摘要 分析了49份福建割手密和2份竹蔗样品,结果表明福建割手密的变异类型丰富,共呈现8条的酯酶同工酶带,它们组成19个酶谱类型。6A是它们的共同酶带,4A,10A为基本酶带。具有(4,6,10)A组成的酶谱是其基本类型。认为福建割手密有相似的起源或进化过程,并具有类型的多样性。酶谱的出现与其地域分布及海拔位置有关。福建竹蔗均呈现3条酶带并组成(2,4,6)A酶谱。 49 specimens of Saccharum spontaneum and 2 speciemens of bamboocane from Fu-jian were analysed in the esterase lnozymes. In all speclmens from Fujian there were 8 dlfferent enzymic bands which made up 19 types of zymogram, of which 6A was the common enzymic band and 4A, 10A was the basic bands. The zymogram rnade up of (4, 6, 10)A was the basic type. The result indicated the Sacchanum spontaneum from FuJ1an was rich in diversities and had simllar procedure fo origin or evolution. The types of zymogram were related to the localities and altitudes. Bamboocane from Fujian showed 3 enzymic bands which made up (2, 4, 6) A zymo-gram.
