介绍了石墨塔人孔短管断裂的损坏状况,制定了采用石墨酚醛胶泥的修复方案,对石墨塔人孔损坏进行修复与补强,经试车和运行证明该措施是成功的,并在石墨泵叶轮的修复中得到推广应用。
The damages of manhole nipple failure of graphite tower are described.Repair method is prepared using graphite phenolic aldehyde plaster to repair and reinforce the manhole damage of graphite tower.Such measures are proven to be successful during commissioning and operation,and are applied in the repair of graphite pump blades.
