钢铁冶炼过程气体激光原位分析技术的应用 被引量:1

摘要 基于半导体激光吸收光谱技术的激光原位气体分析系统响应速度快且无需采样预处理装置,可较好地满足钢铁行业对过程气体的实时在线检测要求。在转炉煤气回收系统应用中,激光原位气体分析系统的响应速度比采样气体分析系统快约20s,从而可以多回收约4.8%的能源气。 The laser gas analyzer, based on the technology of semiconductor laser absorption spectrum, which has a quick response speed and without any preprocessing, can satisfy the online inspection requirement of process gas in the field of steel industry. In the application of the recovery of LDG, the response speed of laser gas analyzer is faster than that of the gas analysis sampling system for about 20s, so that more than 4.8% gas can be recovered.
