摘要
作为从事教育教学工作的专业人员,教师的职业幸福感直接关系着教师的身心健康、教学质量的高低甚至整个教育事业的成败。文章首先对教师职业幸福感的内涵和本质进行了深入的探讨,然后从日益衰微的社会地位、角色矛盾冲突、较低的自我效能感、逐步恶化的工作环境等四个方面分析了教师职业幸福感缺失的表现及原因,最后从感受教师职业内在的尊严与欢乐、建立积极健康的教师文化、营造宽松和谐的人文工作环境、重塑“太阳底下最光辉的职业”四个方面提出了教师职业幸福感的重建策略。
As the specialist which is engaged in education, teacher's professional happiness is relating teacher's physical and moral integrity, the teaching quality height even entire education success or failure directly. This text has carded on the deep discussion to intension and essence of the teacher's professional happy at first, then has analyzed teacher professional happy flaw performance and the reason as four aspects :social status on the decline day by day, role contradiction conflict, lower self-efficiency sense, working environment that worsen progressively, etc. finally from feeling the teacher occupation intrinsic dignity; the establishment positive health teacher culture; building loose harmonious humanities working conditions; remoulding "under sun the most glory occupation" four aspects to propose the teacher professional happy reconstruction strategy
