护理干预对癫痫患者治疗依从性的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance of Epilepsy Patients

目的探讨护理干预对癫痫患者治疗依从性的影响程度。方法将符合标准的60例癫痫患者随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组通过护理干预后,比较2组患者治疗依从性、癫痫发作次数的指标。结果护理干预后实验组治疗依从性较对照组有显著提高,P<0.01,癫痫发病次数护理干预后明显低于对照组,P<0.01。结论护理干预可提高癫痫患者治疗依从性、减少癫痫发作频率、提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of epilepsy patients. Methods Sixty cases of epilepsy patients were randomly divided into conduct group and control group. After nursing intervention, the treatment compliance and incidence of seizure of two groups were analyzed. Results The treatment compliance of conduct group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the incidence of seizure in conduct group was significantly low- er than that in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Nursing intervention was a better way to increase treatment compliance of epilepsy patients, decrease frequency of seizure and improve standard of living.
