摘要
目的探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)伴心力衰竭、心律失常的较佳护理方法,防止病情恶化,最大限度的延长生存时间。方法筛选32例扩张型心肌病伴心力衰竭及部分心律失常患者,制定周密的护理计划,采取可行的护理措施。结果32例患者经治疗、护理无效死亡1例,生存31例(96.88%),其中:10例心律失常,9例高血压得到纠正,20例肺部感染治愈。结论制定周密的护理计划,给予针对性的护理,有助于减少并发症,防止病清恶化,降低死亡率,延长存活时间。
Objective To explore the better nursing method of dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） complicated congestive heart failure and arrhythmia,prevent the exacerbation,and prolong the existence time as possibly. Methods The Careful nursing plan and reliability nursing measures were adopt to 32 cases of DCM with congestive heart failure and partial arrhythmia. Results 3.1 cases were survival （96.88%） after treatment and nursing. The arrhythmia in 10 cases and hypertension in 9 cases were improved, and the infected lung in 20 cases was cured. Conclusions The careful nursing plan and suitable nursing for DCM are helpful to decrease complications, prevent the exacerbation, reduce the fatality rate and lengthen the existence time.
