做好辅导员工作对于高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理意义重大。明确辅导员在育人中的作用是做好辅导员工作的前提,具有良好的素质是做好辅导员工作的保证,正确扮演好几种角色是做好辅导员工作的关键,做好日常的教育和管理是做好辅导员工作的有效途径。
