摘要
空气动力学粒谱分析仪是一种基于飞行时间气溶胶粒子束光谱技术的仪器,能够实时、在线、连续、高速地测量空气动力学粒径谱。它的标定方法正确与否是仪器准确工作的前提,依据动量定理以及空气动力学理论推导了空气动力学粒谱分析仪的标定公式,并用实验数据进行了曲线拟合,对此公式进行了验证,得出了空气动力学喷嘴中气溶胶颗粒物空气动力学粒径倒数的立方与颗粒物速度的关系可以用多项式进行拟合的结论。
Aerodynamic particle sizer spectrometer is an instrument based on spectrum technique of aerosol particle through beams. It can measure the aerodynamic particle diameter in situ. The calibration technique is the base of operation of the instrument. A calibration formula of aerodynamic particle sizer spectrometer was deduced according to the momentum theorem and the aerodynamic theory. Curve fitting was finished with the experimental data, confirming the validity of the formula. It is drawn that the cube of the aerodynamic diameter's reciprocal and the speed of aerosol paticles are fitted with a polynomial.
