台阶试验与功率自行车VO_2max测试法相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:对简易心肺功能测试法(台阶试验)与功率自行车V.O2max测试法进行相关性分析和研究,探讨台阶试验能否准确反映人体心肺功能,为今后简易心肺功能测定方法的完善提供一定的理论帮助。方法:随机抽取234例上海市普通市民,进行最大耗氧量和台阶试验的测试。计算和比较简易心肺功能测试结果及其与V.O2max的相关性。结果:各年龄组之间台阶指数无明显差异(P>0.05);男性与女性台阶指数无明显差异(P>0.05);台阶指数与V.O2max相对值(r=0.216)和绝对值(r=0.162)呈微弱相关。结论:台阶指数无明显年龄变化趋势和性别差异,不能有效地反映心脏功能的增龄性变化规律及其性别差异;无论以V.O2max绝对值还是相对值作为心肺功能的综合性评价指标,台阶指数均没有与其表现出有良好的数据关联性,初步得出台阶试验只能对心血管系统的功能水平做出好与不好的区分,不能对健康人群心肺耐力进行更细致的分级评价。 The purpose of this study was to discuss whether step test index can accurately reflect human's cardiovascular function and provide certain theoretical help for the development of simple cardiovascular function test methods. The study was carried out in a population-based sample(n= 234) of Shanghai ordinary residents aged at 25 ; 39. The VO2 max and the step test indexes are made. The step test indexes result is calculated and the correlation between step test indexes and VO2 max is analyzed. The result shows that there is no significant difference of step test index between various age group (P〉0.05); there is no significant difference of step test index between male and female (P〉0.05) ; The steptest indexes assumed a weak correlation with the VO2 max relative value ( r = 0. 216) and absolute value ( r = 0. 162). It concludes that step test index don ;t display obvious age change tendency and significant gender difference. It is unable to effectively reflect the change of heart functions during aging and the gender difference. Regardless of taking the VO2 max absolute value or the relative value as the comprehensive appraisal reflection of cardiovascular function, step test indexes didn't display a good data correlation with VO2 max. The step test only can distinguish the cardiovascular system function level from good or bad and it can; t make a more careful graduation appraisal to the cardiovascular endurance of the healthy people.
