摘要
本文主要阐述了微波治疗仪的控制系统的设计。利用硬件超调自动保护电路和模糊 PID 控制技术对医用微波治疗仪功率控制系统进行了设计,并简要介绍了该仪器的原理及功能。并在对系统进行推导仿真的基础上,制作了样机,该样机具有动态响应快,控制精度高的优点,具有较高的应用价值和推广价值。
This paper discusses the design of a power control system for medical microwave remedial instrument system with the hardware protection circuits and fuzzy PID control technology. The fuzzy control strategy is used for short period prediction of the microwave power and a fuzzy PID controller is used to control the trigger angle of Silicon Controlled Rectifier(SCR).The protection circuit is also discussed.
