摘要
为了解决有机化工生产过程中排放的甲苯废气对环境的污染问题,设计了一套由 PLC、HMI、智能仪表构成的甲苯净化回收控制系统。运用实践表明,本系统不仅能使处理过的甲苯废气达标排放,而且使甲苯回收率达到95%以上。
In order to solve the polution problem of the toluene contained waste gas produced by the organic chemistry production process, a toluene purified recycle syste/n based on PLC and HMI is proposed. The toluene recycle rate of the system is up to 95%.
