四君子汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的疗效及对血清IL-1β、IL-8的影响

目的:探讨复方中药四君子汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效和可能作用机制。方法:选择符合罗马诊断标准的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者60例,应用四君子汤治疗4周后,记录治疗前后症状积分并检测血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平变化。结果:四君子汤能明显降低腹泻型肠易激综合征的症状积分,并降低血清IL-1β、IL-8的水平。结论:四君子汤能有效改善腹泻型肠易激综合征的症状,其作用机制可能与降低血清白介素IL-1β、IL-8水平有关。

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect and possible function mechanism of compound Chinese herbal medicine Sijunzhi Decoction on patients with diarrhea-prele bowel syndrome. Methods ： Patients with diarrheapredominant irritable bowel matches diarrhea type bowel were treated by Sijunzhi Decoction. After 4 weeks, the integral calculus of symptom and the level of intrerleukin 1β, 8 （IL-1β,IL-8） in serum were meassured. Results.. Sijunzhi Decoction could obvious lower the integral calculus of symptom on patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, and lower the level of the IL-1β,IL-8 in serum. Conclusion： Sijunzhi Decoction can improve the integral calculus of symptom on patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome , its function may has something to do with lowering the levels of IL-1β,IL-8.
