摘要 公务员绩效评估运行机制是指与公务员绩效评估有关的一种制度安排,通过这种制度安排来保证公务员绩效评估的有效开展,保证评估的有序运行。它主要包括公务员绩效评估主体机制、绩效评估程序、绩效评估责任机制、绩效评估监督机制、绩效评估申诉机制和绩效评估结果运用机制。公务员绩效评估运行机制是开展公务员绩效评估工作的制度前提和基本依据,是实现公务员绩效评估制度化的基本前提和必然选择,也是公务员绩效评估科学化、规范化的必由之路。 Civil servant' s appraisal mechanism is a kind of system related to their performance which can guarantee the effective development and orderly function of the system. It includes the subject mechanism, performance appraisal procedure, responsibility mechanism, supervision mechanism, appeal mechanism and result application mechanism. It is the prerequisite and basis of the mechanism in performance, and the necessary road to realize scientific and standardized mechanism.
