摘要
文章阐述了加强自主创新和高校在国家创新体系中的地位与作用,分析了高校科技活动中存在的问题,提出了加强高校科技创新体系建设的思路。
This article elaborates on strengthening self- renovation and university status and function in China＇s renovation system, analyzes the problems in university scientific activities, comes up with the thought of strengthening the building of university scientific and technological renovation system.
