摘要
从服务理念、服务态度、服务质量3个方面论述了馆员素质对图书馆读者服务工作的决定作用,并在此基础上分析了图书馆深层次服务对馆员素质的基本要求。
This paper expounds the decisive functions of the quality of librarians on the service for readers of the library from three aspects of the service concept, service attitude and service quality, and based on this, analyzes on some basic requirements of deep service for the quality of librarians.
