Probe into Some Problem Related to the Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval

结合科技查新工作的实际,从查新目的、查新点、互联网检索、查新结论、审核5个方面分析了查新工作中容易疏忽的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。

Connecting with the practice of the sci-tech novelty retrieval work, this paper analyzes on some problems that are easy to be ignored in the novelty retrieval work from five aspects of the novelty retrieval targets, novelty retrieval points, Internet retrieval, novelty retrieval conclusions and examination/verification, and advances some corresponding solving methods.
