试论县级市生态敏感区的划分——以侯马市为例

Discussion on the Classification of the Ecological Sensitive Areas of County-level City——Taking Houma City as the Example

以2005年国土资源部和山西省政府新一轮土地利用规划政策为背景,在县级市——侯马市上一轮土地利用规划的基础上,阐述了其土地利用现状及存在的问题,利用生态敏感区划分理论对生态敏感区进行了划分,并提出了环境友好型土地利用对策和建议。

Taking the layout policy of new round land use of the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Government of Shanxi Province as the background, and based on the layout of former round land use in the county-level city-- Houma City, this paper expounds the present status of and the problems existing in the land use, and by using the theory of distribution of ecological sensitive areas, makes classification of the ecological sensitive areas, and advances some countermeasures and suggestions on the environmental friendly land use.
