从教学科研工作必须坚持以人为本、教学科研工作必须全面与协调及持续发展、教学科研工作必须全面推进改革和创新等3个方面探讨了高校教学科研工作必须坚持科学发展观的问题。
This paper probes into the problem of that the teaching and scientific research work in university must insiet on the scientific concept of development from three aspects of persisting in the people-based concept, carrying out the allround, coordinated and sustainable development, and promoting the reform and innovation.
