摘要
目的:建立脑磷脂类保健食品中脑磷脂的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经提取后,采用单流动相为甲醇的带紫外检测器的高效液相色谱法测定。结果:方法的精密度为1.5%;检测限为0.5μg;回收率为90.0%-94.0%。结论:本方法操作简便、分析速度快、检测灵敏度高,适用于脑磷脂类保健食品中脑磷脂的测定。
Objective： To establish high pressure liquid chromatography （HPLC） analytical method for phosphotidylethano- lamine in health foods. Methods：Samples after extraction were detected by HPLC. Results：The method precision was 1.5%. Detection limit was 0. 5 μg. The recoveries ranged from 90. 0% to 94. 0%. Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and accurate and can be used to determine phosphotidylethanolamine in health foods.
