摘要
目的:探讨涉水产品浸泡水中锡的测定方法,满足检测需要。方法:氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定涉水产品浸泡水中锡,灯电流60 mA,负高压300 V,介质酸度0.8%,硼氢化钾浓度2%。结果:锡在0-40μg/L线性良好,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限为0.19μg/L,相对标准偏差1.37%,回收率96.2%-101.2%。结论:该方法适用于浸泡水中锡的测定,满足《生活饮用水卫生规范》(2001)的要求。
Objective:To establish a method to determine tin in soaked liquid of plastic pipes for water supply in order to adapt requirement. Methods:A quantitative method of hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry was carried out. The electric current of tin lamp was 60 mA. PMT was 300 V, the acidity was 0. 8% , 2.0% KBH4 was used. Results:The tin had a good linear result in the range of 0 -40 py,/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9996, the detection limit was 0. 19 μg/L, relative standard deviation was 1.37%, recovery rate was 96. 2% - 101.2%. Conclusion:This method is suitable to determine tin in soaked liquid of plastic water pipe.
