Analysis on survienec results of disinfection quality in medical and health institutions of Rudong

目的:为了解如东县卫生医疗机构消毒灭菌质量,加强医院卫生管理,以提高医源性感染控制水平。方法:按国标GB15981-1995对所有医疗卫生机构的消毒质量进行检测。结果:所有检测合格率为78.46%,县级医院好于乡镇医院,手术室好于其他科室。结论:如东县卫生医疗机构消毒灭菌合格率还较低,需要加强消毒与灭菌管理。

Objective： In order to know disinfection and sterilization quality in medical and health institutions of Rudong and to strengthen hospital＇s administration work for the purpose of improving control of nosocomial in fections. Methods：GB15981 - 1995 was used to examine disinfection and sterilization quality of all medical and health institutions. Results：The eligible rate of all detection was 78.46%. The county＇s hospital was better than township＇s. Operating room was better than others. Conclusion： In medical and health institutions of Rudong, there is lower eligible rate of disinfection and sterilization, so administration of medical and health institutions need to be strengthened.
