摘要 目的:了解永瓣藤氨基酸的含量,并对不同部位氨基酸的含量进行比较。方法:利用氨基酸分析仪对永瓣藤氨基酸含量进行测量。结果:永瓣藤含有16种氨基酸,包括7种必需氨基酸、4种半必需氨基酸、9种药效氨基酸;叶氨基酸含量高于茎,而嫩茎氨基酸含量一般高于老茎。结论:永瓣藤氨基酸种类齐全,含量较丰富,必需氨基酸与总氨基酸的比值合理,药效氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例高。因此,永瓣藤在医学和营养学上有很高的研究价值。 Objective:To determine the content of amino acide in monimopetalum chinese and compare the content in different parts. Methods:The determination of the content of amino acide in monimopetalum chinese was conducted by automatic amino acide analyzer. Results:There were 16 kinds of amino acides including 7 kinds of essential amino acides,4 half essential amino acides and 9 kinds of drug - effective amino acides. The content of amino acides in leaves was higher than that in stems. The content of amino acides in tender stems was higher tnan that in old stems. Conclusion:The kind of amino acides is complete and the content of amino acides is high. The ratio of the essential amino acids to total amino acids is reasonable. The proportion of drug - effective amino acids to total amino acids is large. Therefore, monimopetalum chinese has high research value in the medicine and the nutriology.
