4月18日8时28分,山东铁路史上一个值得铭记的时刻,一辆时速超过200公里的动车组列车从济南驶往青岛,列车行驶384公里仅用了2小时33分,比过去最快列车缩短了54分钟。当日,济南铁路局管内始发的11对动车组列车正式载客运营,分别是济南-四方5对、济南-北京3对、四方-北京3对。这标志着建成通车103年的胶济铁路已经达到世界铁路既有线提速最高水平,开始进入“高速时代”。

A CRH (China Railway High-speed) trainwith a speed of over 200 kilometers per hour ran from Jinan to Qjngdao. It took two hours and thirty-three minutes for the train to run 384 kilometers, 54 minutes shorter than the fastest train before. This signifies the JiaoJi Railway, which has been opened to traffic for 103 years, has reached the top level of the world's existing railways for increasing speed, and entered the "Times of High Speed."
