摘要
采用了响应曲面法(response surface methodology,RSM)建立了超声波提取蜂胶黄酮的二次多项式数学模型,并验证了模型的有效性。本文考察了乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取功率和料液比对超声波提取蜂胶中总黄酮含量的影响,优化出提取蜂胶中总黄酮的工艺参数为:乙醇浓度79.51%,提取时间19.31min,提取功率538.28W,液料比39.48∶1,预测可获得最大的黄酮提取量为5.859%。
Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed in the work and a second order quadratic equation for propolis flavones by ultrasound extraction. The adequacy of the model equation was verified effectively by the validation date. Effects of ethanol concentration, extracting time, extracting power and ratio of liquid to propolis were explored. By analyzing the response surface plots and their corresponding contour plots as well as solving the quadratic equation, the Optimum processing for ultrasound extraction were 79.51%, 19.31min, 538.38W, 39.48:1. And the results for propolis fiavones was 5.859%.
