摘要
研究了鱼腥草地上部分和地下部分在贮藏过程中化学成分含量的变化,结果表明:蛋白质、维生素C、黄酮、水分、挥发油的含量随贮藏时间延长而降低,脂肪含量无明显的变化,而糖含量则逐渐增加。
The changes in chemical components in both the ground and underground parts of Houttuynia cordatu Thunb during storage are studied in this paper. The results indicated that the content of protein, vitamin C, flavone, essential oil, and water in Houttuynia cordatu Thunb decreased with the stored time adding, the content of sugar increased, while the content of fat showed no change.
