摘要
建立HPLC法测定胃炎Ⅱ号颗粒中丹酚酸B含量的方法。采用迪马ODS柱,以乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水（30∶10∶1∶59）为流动相,检测波长为286 nm。丹酚酸B在0.16-0.80μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率97.8%,RSD为0.9%（n=6）。该方法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确可靠,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
A HPLC method for the determination of Salvianolic Acid B in Weiyan II hao Granules was established. A DIAMONSIL Reliasil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile, methanol, formic acid and water （30 ： 10 ： 1 ： 59）, the detection wavelength was 286 nm. The standard curve showed a good linearity within the range of 0. 16 - 0. 80 μg, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 100. 2% and RSD was 1.4%. The method is feasible, simple to operate and reproducible and with high precision. The method can be used for quality control of this preparation.
