预构皮瓣基础研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目前,对于预构皮瓣的构建方法基本成熟,多种预构皮瓣已经在临床上应用,带来了更加满意的治疗效果。但是,预构皮瓣的形成依靠血管再生,转移前皮瓣成熟程度判断的困难,影响了临床应用的安全性。如何有效地诱导血管的再生,加快血管化进程,是近年来的研究热点之一。同时,分子生物学、生物材料、组织工程技术的发展为预构皮瓣的研究注入新的活力,采用组织工程方法预构复合组织皮瓣是其重要的进展之一。我们仅就预构皮瓣相关基础研究的热点及进展加以综述。
