摘要
回顾信息素质教育及研究发展,分析信息素质现状和不足,探讨信息素质教育规划与实施的组织,即有关信息素质教育体系、教育政策、教育内容、教育目标及信息素质标准等的规划,有关信息素质教学模式、教学大纲、教学评价等实施方案的构建。提出“2+3”教育模式,即开展两个层次教育和实施3种教育方法。同时,强调信息素质教育应遵循的原则。
This paper describes the concept and meaning of information literacy （IL）, discusses the system, policy, aim and program of IL education. The paper puts forward several new ideas and methods to perform the information literacy content, course, teaching evaluation, and so on. It puts forward the model of ＂2＋3＂. IL education must start in general education and extend to upper-level courses, and Implement 3 methods. At the same time, it emphasizes some principles.
