HPLC determination of 6-gingerol in ginger oil

目的:建立生姜精油中6-姜酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用 HPLC 法,使用依利特 ODS 色谱柱(Hypersil,4.6 mm×250mm,5 μm),以乙腈-水40:60)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为280 nm,柱温25℃。结果:6-姜酚线性范围1.10～14.30 μg,r=0.9999;精密度实验 RSD 为2.2%;稳定性实验 RSD 为1.6%;重复性实验 RSD 为1.1%;平均加样回收率97.9%,RSD=1.2%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可作为生姜精油中6-姜酚的含量测定方法。

Objective ： To establish a determination method of 6 - gingerol in ginger oil. Methods： Using HPLC method, the system consisted of Hypersil ODS column （4.6mm×250mm,5μ）; mobile phase of acetonitrile - water（40： 60）mixture, with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 ;detection at 280 nm;column temperature of 25℃. Resuits ：Linear range was 1.10 - 14. 30μg with the r of 0. 9999 ;precision test with a RSD of 2. 2% ;stability test with a RSD of 1.6% ;. repeation test with a RSD of 1.1% ;the mean recovery was 97.9% ,with a RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion：The method is sensitive, accurate and with good reproducibility;h can be used as the determination of 6 - gingerol in ginger oil.
