中国经济态势整体向好，但随着改革向纵深推进，也存在一些问题需要研究。分析表明，政府扩大需求必须立足国内市场．尽量减少对国际市场的依赖；国有资产产权转让要规范透明，全面引入竞争机制；社会保障空账可考虑划转部分国有股予以弥补；控制现阶段房价的重点不是反暴利，而是增加商品房的供应。

The economic trend of China is good at present, but there are some problems to research with the reform going deeply. The analysis indicates that we have to depend on domestic market to enlarge demands, and try to reduce to depend on international market; we should induct competition institution wholly to make the transfer of state owned property right clarity and canonical; we can consider to turn some national stock to make up the vacancy of social security capital; the key of control real estate price is not to fight against sudden huge profits, but to increase the supplement of commodity house.
