摘要
食品供应链中的纵向协作是一个从市场到完全一体化的连续体,包括市场价格体系、纵向一体化、契约、合作或合并等正式或非正式安排。交易费用经济学、代理理论、能力理论、战略管理理论和成规理论从不同的研究角度对纵向协作的性质和演化规律给出了各自的解释。全面地分析纵向协作的演化本质,需要将这些理论综合在一起。研究以交易费用经济学为主线,结合其他理论观点,构建了一个由驱动力、产品特征、交易特征、交易费用、企业能力和纵向协作组成的概念框架。
Vertical coordination in agri-food supply chains is a series from market to totally integrity, which includes some types of formal or informal arrangements, such as market price sysytem, vertical integrity, contract, cooperation or merge, etc. Transaction cost theory, agency theory, ability theory and strategic management theory all give their own interpretation on the nature and evolution of vertical coordination, and need to be synthesized for a comprehensive understanding. This paper presents a conceptual framework comprising drivers, product characteristics, transaction characteristic, transaction cost, firm competency and vertical coordination. It is based primarily on transaction cost economics but also borrows insights from the other theoretical approaches.
