西部农民外出务工与家庭收入变化：重庆的证据

Farmers＇ Working Away from Home Village in West China and Their Family Income Changing： Evidence of Chongqing

运用重庆东南地区农户抽样调查数据，对西部欠发达农民家庭收入和外出务工收入高低的决定因素进行考察。结果表明外出务工可提高农民家庭收入，同时农民受教育水平与家庭收入和外出务工收入都直接相关。因此，加强教育，完善农村地区基础教育体系，提高农民素质，是消除地区间收入差距的重要途径。

According to the survey data of farmer residents in the southeast areas of Chongqing, it reviews the deciding factors of family incomes and the farmers＇ income of working away from home village in China＇ s west distressed area. The investigation shows that working away from home village could enhance famers＇ income, and both of the family and out-rural working income is related with education condition. Therefore, the key to eliminate regional income gap is to reinforce education, perfect junior education institution of rural areas, and enhance farmers＇ quality.
