我国地面数字电视国家标准推广应用探讨

Preliminary Study of Popularization and Application of China’s DTTB Standard

2007年4月13日,国家广电总局规划院和广科院共同主办了“地面数字电视国家标准推广应用座谈会”,旨在围绕地面数字电视产业链中的各个环节探讨如何密切配合、积极推进,以及了解当前遇到的问题,提出意见并找到相应的解决方法,积极推动地面数字电视国家标准的顺利实施。国家广电总局科技司、地面数字电视特别工作组、地面数字电视技术标准工作组的成员单位、电视发射机设备商、电视接收机设备商和芯片厂商的代表共四十余人参加了座谈会,座谈会由国家广电总局广播电视规划院院长姜文波主持,国家广电总局科技司副司长曾庆军、广科院副院长邹峰、规划院副院长高少君出席了本次会议。

Popularization and Application of the China’s compulsory DTTB standard is a technical change and a major system project for the radio and TV transmission coverage and is also a major event related to China’s scientific and technological innovation and to the development of national industry. In order to vigorously promote a smooth implementation of this standard,the Academy of Broadcasting Planning and the Academy of Broadcasting Science,the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television (SARFT),jointly organized a “Forum on Popularization and Application of the China’s DTTB Standard” with the view of understanding current problems in every link of the DTTB industry chain and exploring a working mechanism of close coordination and vigorous promotion. Based on speeches of representatives,the meaning and role of this standard,formulation of supporting standards,basic industrial preparations and existing problems in popularization and application of the China’s standard are shown in more detail.
