我国葡萄属植物孢粉学分类研究 被引量:22

摘要 运用电子显微镜,系统观察了分布于我国的葡萄属(Vitis,L.)植物的10个种的花粉形态并进行了聚类分析。结果表明:(1)葡萄属植物种间花粉形态、大小有一定差异;(2)花粉表面纹饰种间差异较大;(3)利用孢粉性状进行聚类,可将10个种分为两大类群;(4)华中地区是我国葡萄属植物的起源地,也是世界葡萄属植物的重要起源地之一;(5)根据进化系统分析,毛葡萄。 The pollen morphology of 10 grape species (Vitis L. ) native to China were observed systematically with the aid of scaning electron microscope , and cluster analysis was carried out to study the value of palynology in classification of grape species. The results showed that there were some differences in the size and the pollen shape of the 10 grape species. The type of pollen surface sculpture varied greatly. Based on the results of cluster analysis , 10 species can be divided into 2 groups. This division was in accordance with the natural dis- tribution of 10 spcies . According to the evolution of angiosperm . Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. and V. pi- asezkii Maxim. were primitive species among 10 species. Centre-China area was the originated place of Chi- nese grape species and it was also considered as one of che important origin centre of genus Vitis in the world.
