摘要
鉴于传统的线性累积损伤理论即 Miner 法则中存在的不足之处,对预测疲劳寿命有着较大的误差。考虑了低于疲劳极限下的小载荷所造成的损伤,同时考虑了工程中实际的"α"值不等于"1"的因素,计算相应的α值,在考虑了这2个相关因素的前提下,并引入了模糊数学,建立了修正的 Miner 公式。通过实例分析表明,所建立的修正 Miner 公式较好的提高了疲劳寿命预测的精度,在工程应用中具有一定的价值。
There are some drawbacks in traditional Miner liner accumulated damage theory, Therefore, those drawbacks result in large errors in the prediction of fatigue life. This paper takes into account the stress damage which the structural components subjected to is slightly lower than the fatigue limit, at the same time, thinks over the actual "α" value which does not equal to "1 ". based on these two factors, the author brings in fuzzy mathematics and establishes the new modified Miner accumulated damage theory. Compared with the test results, the modified Miner theory increases the accuracy of fatigue life prediction and possesses potential application in engineering.
