摘要
目前,地勘单位的状况是经营分散,主业萎缩,资金来源渠道多元化,单位小型化。文章结合地勘单位现状,参照《中央企业综合绩效评价实施细则》,从指标的评价体系结构方面,对地勘单位如何进行综合绩效评价进行了分析,建立了针对地勘单位的综合绩效评价指标体系。
The paper analyses the current situation in geological prospecting units,these include: decentralization management,major industry shrink,capital from various sources,and the units gets smaller.According to 'Rules for the Implementation of Overall Performance Evaluation in Central Enterprises',the paper focuses on the establishment of target system for overall performance evaluation in geological prospecting units.
